Virtual Inspection
Looking at need for remote inspections due to COVID - 19, Allahabad Enterprises has developed a seamless system to conduct inspections remotely using multiple High Resolution Cameras.
Inspectors are given a access to a password protected portal via which they can clearly view measurement of all dimensions, conduct DP, PT/VT, leakage tests etc with ease.
Multiple EOT Cranes
Multiple cranes with max total capacity of 80 tonnes under a 3000sq meter shed.
Max Height under hook
A max height under the hook of 11.6m ensure that we can handle fabrication jobs with an assembly upto 11m.
Bed Plate
Calibrated bed plate of size 6mx20m.
CNC Cutting Machine
Hypertherm CNC Cutting machine of size 2500mmx9500mm.
Dedicated Paint Room
Closed paint room with heaters, HVLP paint guns with compressed air & air dryer and an exhaust system.
Bending Machines
Two bending machines of capacity 500MT and 250MMT available.
Rolling Machine
Plate rolling machine of capacity 12mmx3000mm or 16mmx2000.
Automated Welding Machine
Straight-line welding machines available with programmable swirl movement.
Machine Shop
Multiple Lathe, shaper, milling, drilling and tapping machines available inhouse.
Shot Blasting System
A semi automated shot blasting system which can shot blast tanks upto a dimension of 11mx5.5mx8m.
Traceability
Complete traceability of raw material (steel plates) maintained.
Testing Facilities
Pressure and Vacuum Testing, Air Leakage Test, DP & UT Testing, Paint Peel-off performed in house regularly as required.
